I don’t know about you, but I never really had a “motto” until I found this shirt from Le Motto. When I saw this cute and practical tank with this awesome message, I automatically decided to adopt “Live more and worry less” as my new life motto. It really fits any life situation perfectly right?! Do you guys have any mottos? Please share! Le Motto has tons of tanks with awesome messages…maybe yours is already there!

Essential Sweaters for Fall…

There are definitely some cute sweater trends this Fall and I am loving every one of them.  Although it is still very warm here in South Florida, I am looking forward to my trip to NYC in November for Thanksgiving break so I have been on a sweater hunt. There are so many cute options out there, but I thought I would show you guys my top 5 favorites I feel are on point, and still very classic.

#1. The layered look

Sweater by J. Crew (find it here)

Ok how awesome is this idea? You don’t even have to layer and feel like you’ve gained an extra 5 pounds putting your sweater on! I love this! This red one is stunning, but they have a brown and a navy on sale now with the code PICKASALE. Guess what I’m doing…?!?!

#2.  Acrylic

H&M Sweater (find it here)

Probably my second favorite trend right now is the acrylic sweaters in the pretty pastel colors that are everywhere, yet still hard to find in my opinion! I found this one at H&M the other day and snagged it right up!

#3. The statement print

Leopard sweater found here

Of course every girl needs leopard in their life, and why not a leopard sweater to complete the collection? Love this one!

#4. The long cardigan

Long cardigan found here

I am loving that the long cardigan is back and in full force. I love this one because it is on key with the super hot color right now for fall. It’s grey if you didn’t know already! I also love the length, I feel this length could compliment anyone.

#5. The wordy sweater

Sweater found here

I just can’t get enough of top with a cute saying on it, am I right? I have this one in black, but also loving this cute yellow color. It’s also on sale for $34!

Which sweater did you like best? Will you picking any of these up? You can shop the sweaters just by clicking the link right below the pictures. Have a great Monday!

Summer to Fall Transition

Untitled-1

Here in Florida, we really don’t have much of temperature change for Fall, at least not until November and December (sometimes). But I still love Fall styles and looking forward to adding some cute transition pieces to my closet. These are some pieces that I could still use in Florida now until we have a drop in the temp. I hope it happens sooner than later because we really need a break from the 100 degree days! I am really really loving the flowy dress and the black booties a lot. Hmmm…might have to save a little to make them mine. Please don’t tell my fiancé. Thanks. Have a great day guys and thanks for reading!

White dress: Zara (similar here)| Necklace: J.Crew Factory (similar here)| Blue Bag: Tory Burch (no longer available)| Nude Pumps: Nine West| Polka Dot top: H&M (similar here)| Black Leather skirt: Marshalls (similar here| Black necklace: Pelland Jewelry| Black bag: Lauren by Ralph Lauren (similar here)| Black sandals: Anne Michelle (similar here)| Watch: Michael Kors| Cuff: David Yurman

I’m not a girl that usually wears a lot of neutral colors. When I picked out these outfits, I knew I wanted to spice them up with some bright accessories and statement handbags. I love the white dress from Zara. It has an awesome slimming effect to it, especially since it’s the perfect length to get away with some Spanx underneath…hehe.

I also have been loving the faux leather pieces that are everywhere now, or shall I say “vegan leather.” I got lucky and scored this skirt at Marshalls for $12.99! I am and always will be a Marshalls gal, my Momma trained me right. I have x-ray vision when it comes to weeding out those racks. It takes practice girls, but you can do it too!  I promise.

Leather top: BCBG | Red Jeans: The Butik | Necklace: old | Black Pumps: Christian Louboutin from Consign of the Times  | Black Skater Dress: Nordstrom | Sunglasses: Chanel from Sunglass Hut | Black bag: Chanel from Miami Twice  | Leopard Wedges: Steve Madden

My first fashion post, woohoo! I wanted to share with you guys my favorite colors lately in two super versatile outfits. Not only do red, black and leopard look great, they are also super on trend (at least in my book)! When I found these wedges from Steve Madden (found here), I knew exactly how I wanted to style them. This LBD (little black dress) is also super duper comfy, and I’m telling you it can look good on anyone. It hugs the perfect places if you know what I mean. And quick side note, my Chanel bag and Christian Louboutin pumps I bought on consignment (I promise to do a whole post on that very soon). I will link where you can find all these pieces tomorrow, so come back over here if your interested in getting anything for yourselves! I am going out tonight for my boyfriend’s birthday, and can’t decide on which outfit to wear?! What do you guys think? Let me know! Have a fabulous weekend ladies!
